National strategy for the development of green hydrogen and its derivatives

Targets 8.3 Mtpa of total hydrogen production and 87 GW of electrolysis by 2050, including 6 Mtpa for export. Intermediate milestones for 2030 include 320 ktpa of hydrogen production, 3.9 GW of electrolysis, and 5 GW of renewables. Short-term use is in chemicals and refining, with long-term use in aviation (e-SAF), shipping and power. Investment needs for 2050 total USD 130 billion
