Roadmap for low-carbon hydrogen industry

Target of 1.5% of the global hydrogen market and up to 1% of the global “green” steel market by 2050. Explicit production targets for hydrogen, ammonia, “green” steel, methanol and ammonium nitrate. Hydrogen production targets of 1.2 Mtpa by 2030 (almost exclusively for exports), increasing to 6.5 Mtpa by 2050 (of which 4.3 Mtpa are for export)
