National Hydrogen Strategy

Strategy includes a forecast for the production of 1.4 Mt of hydrogen per year by 2031 (1 mtpa of green H2 and 0.4 mtpa of blue H2), 7.5 Mtpa by 2040 and 15 Mtpa by 2050, through a mix of electrolysis powered with renewable and nuclear electricity, and natural gas with carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS)
