Discussion on Hydrogen Guarantee of Origin certification scheme

The Government released a discussion paper on the design of a Hydrogen Guarantee of Origin (GO) certification scheme. The aim is to measure and track the emissions form hydrogen production. The scheme will cover a variety of ways in which hydrogen can be produced, including methods using fossil fuels with substantial carbon capture.
