Subsidy program for electrolysis in Baden-Wurttemberg

The ELY program offers €100 million in funding to support hydrogen projects. Eligible projects must have a minimum size of 1 MW. Incentives include up to €10 million per project, covering up to 45% of eligible investment costs. Funding also applies to balance of plant CAPEX, with storage and compressors eligible for up to 30% of total CAPEX.
