Integrated Austrian Grid Infrastructure Plan

The Austrian Grid Infrastructure Plan (ÖNIP) depicts the outline of the Austrian hydrogen startgrid. It outlines on the basis of production, demand and flexibility assumptions new hydrogen pipelines will be needed and where existing gas pipelines can be converted for hydrogen transport, integrating this infrastructure with current gas networks and electriciy grids to support the transition to renewable energy.
