Electricity Safety (Equipment Efficiency) Amendment (Performance Standards) Regulation 2004

The Electricity Safety Regulation 1999 sets energy efficiency performance and labelling standards for selected home appliances. 

The Regulation was amended in 2004 to update minimum energy performance standards for air conditioners and heat pumps (AS/NZS 3823.2:2003).
