Electricity Safety (Equipment Efficiency) Amendment Regulation 2002

The Electricity Safety Regulation 1999 sets energy efficiency performance and labelling standards for selected home appliances. 

The Regulation was amended in 2002 to include minimum energy performance standards for air conditioners and heat pumps.
