Notification S.O. 3543 on the Display of Labels of Room Air Conditioners

S.O.  3543(E) of 2015 specifies the energy consumption standards for star labelled air conditioners of vapour compressor type for household use of a rated cooling capacity up to 9000 kcal/hour. Unitary and split type air conditioners manufactured or commercially purchased or sold From 1st January, 2016 to 31st December, 2017 have minimum EER of 2.5 and 2.7 respectively.
