Framework agreement (for land concession)

This agreement was signed in May 2022 between the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and Total H2 & Chariot aiming to develop the NOUR GH project with a first phase renewable capacity of 3 GW, powering up to 1.6 GW of electrolysis capacity, to produce 150 ktpa of renewable hydrogen. This agreement grants access to an area of 5159 Km2. The targeted full capacity of the project is 10 GW of renewable energy to produce 1.2 Mtpa.
