Framework agreement (for land concession)

This agreement was signed in May 2022 between the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and CWP Global aiming to develop the AMAN GH project in the Dakhlet Nouadhibou region. The project will include 18 GW of wind capacity and 12 GW of solar capacity and is expected to produce 1.7 Mtpa of green hydrogen or 10 Mtpa of green ammonia for local use and export. This agreement grants access to an area of 8414 Km2
