Blending obligation for power plants

As part of the Multi-Year Program 2026, measures were introduced to achieve a full decarbonization of the power sector by 2035. This included a blending obligation for CO2-free energy carriers in gas-fired power stations of 1% by 2030 and 5% from 2032. System will be based on credit trading, so not all the gas plants need to be blend the minimum quota
