Market access for the hydrogen networks

In November 2024, ACM published new rules for third-party access (TPA) to hydrogen terminals. The Netherlands will use negotiated TPA which means the terminal operator and potential user of the terminal will make agreements on the conditions and rates for terminal use. The rules entered into force from February 2025
