Master planning for land allocation for Green Hydrogen Zone

17 km2 for Green Hydrogen Zone in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD) in the southeast of the country. The plan includes dedicated service corridors connecting upstream and downstream areas, export terminals and consumption zones. In May 2025, project development and land agreements were signed with ACME for phases II and III. These phases will cover an area of 80 km2 with each phase producing 71 ktpa of hydrogen and 400 ktpa of ammonia
