Hub Support Scheme (project development support)

JPY 5.7 billion (USD 38 million) for the FY2025-2026 (to be approved). Subsidies under the Hub Support Scheme will be awarded to developers of domestic transport and storage facilities needed for the use of low-carbon hydrogen and its derivatives, for a portion of the costs for Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), engineering, and construction. Grants to be used my more than two companies. The application process for the subsidies under the Hub Support Scheme will likely be similar to the process for the CfD Scheme
The first batch of applications will be evaluated after June 30, 2025
