Alternative Fuel Standards

Singapore plans to develop standards by 2025 for ammonia and methanol bunkering and for hydrogen refuelling to support the trial of hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles. These are part of over 25 sustainability-related standards and accreditation programs aimed at enhancing greenhouse gas reporting, decarbonization, and renewable energy. EnterpriseSG, the national standards and accreditation body, will lead the effort together with two industry-led entities (Singapore Standards Council and Singapore Accreditation Council).
