Hydrogen incentives in Liaoning Province

China is offering targeted incentives to support hydrogen infrastructure and vehicle adoption. Each new or expanded hydrogen refueling station (HRS) is eligible for a subsidy of RMB 1 million (approximately USD 140,000), provided it has a minimum capacity of 500 kg/day and is completed by the end of 2025. Additionally, hydrogen fuel cell trucks traveling on the Shenyang-Dalian Expressway are exempt from toll fees, further encouraging the use of hydrogen-powered freight transport.
