Revision of the CO2 Act

Article 28k has the blending quota where alignment with the blending quotas from ReFuelEU Aviation is suggested and it is up to the Federal Council. Article 28j mentions that the obligation is for suppliers of aviation fuels and aircraft operators
The Environmental Protection Act is also amended in this document by expanding the term of renewable fuels to include both biofuels and synthetic fuels. These definitions also apply to aviation fuels
