Grant and PPP between Port of Houston and Linde

USD 25 million grant from The Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to the Port of Houston. This is part of a public-private parntership between the Port of Houston and Linde. The award will be used for an HRS to heavy-duty trucks
