Direct grant and soft loan for green steel (Ghent - Arcelor Mittal)

EUR 280 million grant and soft loan to support the construction of a DRI+EAF plant that will replace one blast furnace (of the two in the Ghent facility). COD: 2026. Capacity: 2.3 mtpa of steel. Project applied to IPCEI, but was more suitable for support under CEEAG (so not included in the IPCEI funding)
