Grant for green steel (ArcelorMittal)

EUR 850 million for one direct reduction plant and two EAF. Support to be disbursed in four tranches over the construction period (2023-2026). Project applied to IPCEI, but was more suitable for support under CEEAG (so not included in the IPCEI funding)
