Law with hydrogen definitions and financing for electrolyser manufacturing and HRS

The Act defines three types of hydrogen (low-emission, renewable, RFNBO), transposes the Hydrogen and Decarbonised Gas Package, announces financial support for electrolyser manufacturing (PLN 2.7 billion) and 11 HRS (PLN 1.1 billion)
