Minnesota: Buy Clean, Buy Fair

During the 2023 session of the Minnesota Legislature, the state passed the Buy Clean Buy Fair Act. Minnesota’s Buy Clean Buy Fair law kicks off a six-year working group called the Environmental Standards Procurement Task Force that will provide recommendations to the state for purchasing cleaner materials in public projects
