Zero-Emission Transit Fund
Provides contribution payments to support the planning of public transit and school bus fleet electrification, up to a maximum of $350 million for a project (unless otherwise agreed to by the Government of Canada). The fund provides support for electrification planning projects (e.g. studies, modelling and feasibility analysis that will support the development of future larger scale capital projects) or capital projects (including buses, charging and refuelling infrastructure and other ancillary infrastructure needs)
