Renewable Energy Directive - National transposition of transport target

Transposition was done through an amendment of the "law on alternative fuels". Targets include a 1% RFNBO target for overall transport and 1.2% for shipping by 2030. Penalty being considered is EUR 0.06/MJ equivalent to EUR 7.2/kg. Multipliers of 2 for road transport and 3 for aviation and shipping are considered.
