Clean tech manufacturing

EUR 1.1 billion (USD 1.2 billion) for manufacturing (including electrolysers as one of six technologies) in the form of direct grants. Maximum aid is a function of the regional location of the investment and the company size. Maximum aid per beneficiary is EUR 150 million, which can be increased to EUR 200 million for beneficiaries located in the "c areas" and EUR EUR 350 million for beneficiaries located in the "a areas". Incentive is for equipment manufacturing and for the components required to manufacture those equipment. For electrolyzers, the BoP is also eligible for funding. Funds should be granted by 2026
