Emission standards for power generation units

Emission standards with hydrogen blending. There are two tiers. Plants that run regularly must meet an emissions threshold of 355 gCO2/kWh; and Plants that run periodically must meet a threshold twice as much as Tier 1. Both Tier 1 and 2 need to be at least 30% hydrogen-ready by volume with the ability to be retrofitted to become 100% hydrogen-ready in the future. Hydrogen derivatives (e.g. ammonia) are also allowed
