SAF mandate in line with EU's

Norway to adopt the same targets as ReFuel EU regulation by end of 2027 at the latest. Targets include 2% SAF by 2025, 6% by 2030 and 70% by 2050. Norway has its own mandate which started at 0.5% in 2020
