Clusters support scheme

The scope of this support includes infrastructure (storage and transport facilities), and covers different phases of project development, from feasibility studies to infrastructure development. Targets include three large-scale clusters around metropolitan areas, and five medium-scale clusters in regional locations. Assets need to have a planned operation of at least 10 years, and operation should start before 2030
