New South Wales support to deploy H2 hubs

The NSW state government aims to create hydrogen hubs in the traditional coal producing areas of the Hunter Valley, and in the Illawarra region. The NSW Government has committed A$70mn to accelerate the development of hydrogen hubs in NSW. It has received more than A$4bn ($3bn) in potential investment proposals in response to a call for expressions of interest for a proposed hydrogen hub. There were a total of 21 potential projects with green hydrogen output of almost 268,000t/yr.
