Industrial Decarbonisation Bank

EUR 100 billion for industrial decarbonization. Funds to be used will come from the Innovation Fund, ETS revenues, and a revision of the InvestEU. Fund will be part of the Competitiveness Fund. A pilot of EUR 1 billion will be launched in 2025
