Renewable Energy Directive - National transposition of the industry target (part of the Act on Supported Energy Sources)

10% of industrial hydrogen demand to be satisfied with renewable hydrogen in 2030 and 15% in 2035. Non-compliance penalties are CZK 0.6/MJ (USD 3/kg). 6 ktpa would be needed to meet the target. Parliament sent the Energy Act law (where this provision is contained) to the President on March 7, 2025
