The Incentive Program for Public Collective Passenger Transport (Incentiva+TP)

The Incentive Program for Public Collective Passenger Transport (Incentiva+TP), created by Decree-Law no. 21/2024, of March 19, replaces the Program to Support Fare Reduction (PART) in public collective passenger transport and the Program to Support the Densification and Strengthening of Public Transport Supply (PROTransP).
Incentiva+TP is a program to finance the powers of transport authorities (TA) and the public service obligations of public transport operators, and is also intended to finance measures to promote collective public transport.
