The France 2030 Strategy contains a goal to allocate half of the budget (equivalent to around USD 60 billion) to low-emissions technology areas. A call projects seeking to mitigate more than 1 kilotonne CO2 equivalent (kt CO2-eq) per year and requesting less than USD 33 million of support have been made in 2025 (DECARB IND 25)
