Incentive for collective self-consumption groups and energy communities

This measure concerns renewable energy communities and self-consumer groups, regulated by Legislative Decree 162/19 (Article 42bis) and the related implementing provisions, such as Resolution 318/2020/R/eel of ARERA and the Ministerial Decree of 16 September 2020 of the MiSE, which defined the incentive tariffs. The decree of the Minister of Economic Development of 16 September 2020 ceased to apply in 2024, with the date of entry into force of the Decree approving the Regulations
