Building renovation – Public non-commercial buildings – ECB

The measure applies to all public sector buildings that meet the conditions set out in Section 5, paragraph 2 of Act No. 555/2005 Coll. on the energy performance of buildings. When calculating energy savings, the average value of the energy requirement for the original state of the building is used (based on the year of construction and the technical standards valid at that time for the given building category). The average value for the original state of the building is the value that corresponds to the upper limit of energy class D (Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic No. 364/2012 Coll.).
