Renovation of buildings - Apartment and family houses - ECB

According to Act No. 555/2005 Coll. on the energy performance of buildings, energy certification is mandatory a) for buildings or separate parts that are sold or rented to a new tenant, b) for buildings in which more than 250 m2 of the total floor area is used by a public authority and the public frequently visits them, c) upon completion of a new building or significant renovation of an existing building; otherwise it is voluntary.
