Construction of buildings above the minimum requirements of the law – Residential and family houses – Energy certificates of buildings (ECB)

The measure is aimed at single-family houses and apartment buildings, the new construction of which will be carried out above the level of the applicable minimum requirements for the energy performance of buildings. The goal is, when constructing new family and apartment buildings, to achieve energy efficiency beyond the applicable minimum requirements for EHB according to generally binding legal regulations.
