This Plan, published by the National Entity for the Energy Sector (ENSE) aims to ensure the functioning of the oil sector in the event of a serious disruption situation, through the mobilization of security reserves in an effective and efficient manner, establishing competences, functions, procedures and decision-making processes in crisis scenarios.
