Obligation for the supply of renewable heat (DM OIERT)

The measure defines the methods by which public and private companies that sell thermal energy in the form of heat for heating and cooling to third parties, for quantities exceeding 500 TOE per year, ensure that a portion of the energy sold is renewable.
