National portal on building energy performance

The update of Legislative Decree 19 August 2005, n. 192 with Legislative Decree 10 June 2020, n. 48, which implements European Directive 2018/844/EU, introduces further indications for the promotion of the improvement of the energy performance of buildings, taking into account external local and climatic conditions, as well as the requirements relating to the climate of internal environments and the cost-effectiveness of the planned actions, optimising the ratio between costs and benefits for the community. This updated Decree, in Article 4-quater, introduces the National Portal on the energy performance of buildings. At present, the Portal provides an overview of ENEA statistics relating to the energy performance of buildings divided by year.
