The measure aims to improve the reliability, safety and flexibility of the national energy system, so as to bring the amount of energy coming from renewable energy plants (FER) to at least 4,000 MW, convert at least 1,500,000 users to electrification of consumption and open up new scenarios in which prosumers, energy consumers-producers, can also play a role.
