Energy cluster

The Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR) focuses on fostering technological innovation and industrial competitiveness through national technological clusters. These clusters, established in 2012, bring together public and private entities to enhance research, training, and technology transfer in strategic areas such as aerospace, agrifood, green chemistry, and smart communities. They aim to mobilize excellence, optimize resource use, attract investments, and promote sustainable economic growth. Subsequent clusters were added in 2016 to cover cultural heritage, design, marine economy, and energy, aligning with national and European research priorities.
