Transformation of traditional refineries into biorefineries

The measure is aimed at encouraging the reconversion of Italian refineries into biorefineries, in line with increasingly ambitious EU objectives and with the increase in domestic demand for advanced biofuels used both in blends with fossil products and in purity.
