Social electricity bonus

It is a compensation scheme for expenses incurred by domestic customers regulated by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA). Families are entitled to it for reasons of economic hardship and/or physical hardship. All domestic customers can obtain the bonus, for a single gas supply (residence), not necessarily coinciding with the Municipality of residence, belonging to:
• a family unit with an ISEE indicator not exceeding 9,530 euros (15,000 for 2023);
• a family unit with more than 3 dependent children and an ISEE indicator not exceeding 20,000 euros;
• with a gas meter of class not exceeding G6
The social bonus is valid exclusively for supplies of natural methane gas distributed to the network and not for gas in cylinders or for LPG.
