Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Act

Section 30 of the Act provides compensation for disaster-affected people and properties. The disaster plan includes the role of the Ministry of Industry to provide assistance to disaster affected industrial sector. Funding for SMEs would be provided for by the Ministry of Commerce.
