Law relating to an aid scheme for small and medium-sized enterprises

This Law sets the conditions for financial support to small- and medium-sized enterprises, notably damage caused by earthquakes, landslides, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes and wildfires. The Government needs to officially call the event as a natural disasterto enable the support fund to be enacted.
