Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) Industrial Control Systems (Operational Technology) Standard

​The Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) has developed the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Standard to enhance the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure in Dubai. This standard provides a framework for managing cyber risks associated with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) deployed in the city's critical infrastructure. It is mandatory for all Dubai government and semi-government entities operating such systems to comply with this standard .​
