Law on Cyber Security

The law states that enterprises, institutions, and organizations operating and providing services in the "fuel and energy, mining and other industries" can be classified as critical infrastructures. They must ensure cybersecurity of their systems and technological information, conduct independent audits, and report cyber incidents.
