Law No. 46/2018 on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the European Union

The law establishes the legal framework for cyberspace security, transposing the EU Directive 2016/1148 concerning measures for a high common level of security of network and information systems across the Union. The law considers energy a critical sector, and imposes cybersecurity measures and mandatory incident notification.
